Each individual may hold only one juta1 account. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and will result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts.
All account balances, deposits, and withdrawals are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Players are responsible for any applicable currency conversion charges.
Fraud, collusion, abuse of bonuses, and any form of cheating will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all balances.

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context expressly requires otherwise:
2.1 By accessing, browsing, or using the Platform in any manner — including but not limited to registering an Account, depositing funds, or placing any wager — you unconditionally accept and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions, the Privacy Policy, the Responsible Gaming Policy, and any other policies published on the Platform from time to time (collectively, the "Policies").
2.2 If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions or any of the Policies, you must immediately cease all use of the Platform and close your Account.
2.3 These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and juta1. The most current version of these Terms & Conditions supersedes all prior versions.
3.1 Age Requirement. Access to juta1 and all gaming services offered on the Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. By registering an Account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years of age.
3.2 Age Verification. juta1 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age from any Member at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification within a reasonable period specified by juta1 will result in suspension of the Account and withholding of any Wallet Balance pending verification.
3.3 Geographic Restrictions. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that access to and use of the Platform is lawful in the jurisdiction from which you access it. juta1 makes no representation that the services are appropriate or legally available in any specific jurisdiction.
3.4 Excluded Persons. Employees, directors, officers, contractors, and immediate family members of juta1 and its affiliated entities, as well as employees of juta1's gaming software and payment processing partners, are prohibited from holding Member accounts or participating in any wagering activity on the Platform.
4.1 One Account per Individual. Each individual is permitted to hold a maximum of one Account on the Platform. The registration of multiple accounts by a single individual, whether under the same or different names or contact details, is strictly prohibited. juta1 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and confiscate any balances held therein.
4.2 Accurate Information. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your registered details and must notify juta1 promptly of any changes via the account settings panel or by contacting customer support.
4.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or two-factor authentication codes with any third party. juta1 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account that results from your failure to maintain credential security.
4.4 Account Ownership. Accounts are personal and non-transferable. The right to use an Account may not be sold, transferred, or assigned to any third party under any circumstances.
4.5 Identity Verification (KYC). juta1 may at any time require Members to complete identity verification procedures in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements. Requested documentation may include, without limitation, government-issued photo identification and proof of address. Accounts may be suspended pending completion of required KYC procedures.
5.1 Accepted Payment Methods. juta1 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the payment methods listed on the Platform's banking page, which include Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, FPX, and cryptocurrency where indicated. Available payment methods may change from time to time without prior notice.
5.2 Minimum Transactions. Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are as displayed on the Platform's banking section at the time of the transaction and are subject to change.
5.3 Withdrawal Eligibility. Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods previously used for deposits by the Member, or to payment methods confirmed as belonging to the Member following KYC verification. juta1 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.
5.4 Withdrawal Processing. juta1 endeavours to process withdrawal requests promptly. Typical processing times are published on the Platform; however, juta1 does not guarantee any specific timeframe and shall not be liable for delays caused by payment processors, banking institutions, or technical factors outside of juta1's reasonable control.
5.5 Dormant Accounts. Accounts that have had no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months will be classified as dormant. juta1 reserves the right to apply an administrative maintenance fee of RM 50 per calendar month to dormant account balances. Prior notice of dormancy will be sent to the Member's registered email address.
6.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotions made available by juta1 are subject to the specific terms attached to each promotion, which supplement and form part of these Terms & Conditions. In the event of any conflict between these Terms & Conditions and specific promotion terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.
6.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise expressly stated, all Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements prior to withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiplier and eligible game contribution rates will be specified in the relevant promotion details page.
6.3 One Bonus at a Time. Members may not hold more than one active bonus simultaneously unless a specific promotion expressly permits this. Attempting to claim multiple bonuses concurrently without permission constitutes bonus abuse.
6.4 Bonus Abuse. juta1 reserves the right to void bonuses and any winnings derived therefrom, and to suspend or terminate Accounts, where there is reasonable evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk bet placement strategies designed to satisfy wagering requirements with minimal risk, coordinated multi-account exploitation of promotional offers, or any pattern of behaviour indicating bad faith participation in promotional programmes.
6.5 Expiry. Bonus Funds and any associated wagering requirements expire within the timeframe specified in the applicable promotion. Expired Bonus Funds are forfeited without compensation.
7.1 Finality of Results. All game outcomes, sports results, and event results accepted by juta1 for settlement purposes are final. In the event of a technical error during a game session, juta1 will endeavour to settle the round based on the last valid game state. Where no valid game state can be determined, the wager will be voided and Real Funds returned to the Member's Wallet Balance.
7.2 Sportsbook Settlements. Sportsbook bets are settled in accordance with juta1's published sports betting rules for each sport and competition type. juta1 reserves the right to withhold settlement pending official confirmation of results from the relevant governing body.
7.3 Minimum and Maximum Stakes. Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all wagering products and are displayed within the relevant game or betting interface. juta1 reserves the right to impose individual stake restrictions on any Account without prior notice where unusual or suspicious betting patterns are identified.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Platform and will result in Account suspension, termination, and forfeiture of funds, in addition to any legal remedies available to juta1:
9.1 All content on the Platform — including but not limited to software, game code, graphics, user interface designs, text, logos, trademarks, and audiovisual content — is the proprietary property of juta1 or its licensed third-party content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
9.2 Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. This licence does not include any right to copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any Platform content.
10.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, juta1 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of business opportunities, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform.
10.2 juta1's total aggregate liability to any Member for any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10.3 The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. juta1 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.
11.1 juta1 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. We provide a suite of player protection tools accessible from the Account settings, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, reality check notifications, temporary cool-off periods (24 hours to 6 weeks), and permanent self-exclusion.
11.2 Self-Exclusion. Members who wish to self-exclude from the Platform may do so by contacting customer support or using the self-exclusion tool in account settings. Self-exclusion requests will be processed promptly. During a self-exclusion period, juta1 will take reasonable steps to prevent the Member from accessing their Account or creating a new Account.

12.1 juta1 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where: (a) there is reasonable suspicion of a breach of these Terms & Conditions; (b) required by applicable law or regulatory authority; (c) the Member has not completed required KYC verification within the specified timeframe; or (d) juta1 determines, in its sole discretion, that continuation of the Account poses a risk to the Platform or other Members.
12.2 Upon termination of an Account for a violation of these Terms & Conditions, any Wallet Balance — including both Real Funds and Bonus Funds — may be forfeited by juta1. Where an Account is terminated for reasons unrelated to a breach by the Member, Real Funds will be returned following completion of applicable verification procedures.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which juta1 is licensed and incorporated. Any disputes arising under these Terms & Conditions that cannot be resolved through juta1's internal dispute resolution process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
juta1 reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Members will be notified of material changes via their registered email address and/or a prominent notice on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions.
